Great post! I'm studying for a QA tester at the moment at the age of 31, coming from a background of working in communications. This aspect related to user-centric testing is actually a comfort topic I come back to whenever I get a hit of insecurity that my learning pace is too slow. :) I remind myself that my work in communications was all about tailoring things to my/my client's target audiences, and that this experience will be beneficial once I begin working in testing. Thank you for an article that is a great motivation piece as I transition!
